              Without change there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable. Learning and innovation go hand in hand. The arrogance of success is to think that what you did yesterday will be sufficient for tomorrow. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Focus on solutions, instead of your problems, by thinking and acting positively, sound becomes music, movement becomes dance, a smile becomes laughter, and life becomes a celebration.  You have to learn the rules of the game. Kalau boss tanya kenapa selalu datang lambat? Ni jawapannya... Kau jawab..perlu ke saya datang awal lagi kalau selama ni kedatangan awal saya tak dihargai. Even kerja kuat saya selama ni pun orang tak nampak. Saya tak faham apa misi dan visi company ni. Datang awal dan kerja bagus takde value langsung di mata boss. Staff baru ditimang-timang. Staff lama dianaktirikan. Mungkin beza warna kulit kot. Oh baru aku faham. Moral of the story :  Bila kau rasa kau dah bagi 100% komitmen once bila orang tak appreciate kau rasa kau nak stay? Bila kau dah takde baru orang sedar kualiti kerja kau macam mana. Bukan sehari dua but makan tahun kot. Actually dalam tempoh provision selama 3 atau 6 bulan kau dah boleh tahu dan kenal staff tu macam mana. Tak payah tunggu bertahun baru nak tahu dia commit ke tak.
